South African Singer Tyla Joins Sabrina Carpenter’s Netflix Holiday Special, A Nonsense Christmas.
South African music sensation Tyla is set to appear in Sabrina Carpenter’s upcoming Netflix special, A Nonsense Christmas.
The announcement came during the final stop of Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Tour in Los Angeles, where she unveiled the trailer for the festive show.
In addition to Tyla, the special will feature appearances by an impressive lineup of stars, including Shania Twain, Kali Uchis, Cara Delevingne, Kyle Mooney, Nico Hiraga, Megan Stalter, Sean Astin, Owen Thiele, and Jillian Bell.
A Nonsense Christmas will debut on Netflix on December 6, streaming at 9 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. PT.

Reflecting on the project, Carpenter shared her excitement in a statement: “The holidays have always been so special to me. I’m thrilled to bring my take on a classic holiday variety show — blending my love of music and comedy to create something uniquely me.”
The special will feature Carpenter performing tracks from her holiday EP, Fruitcake, along with beloved seasonal classics.
